Wave D Evidence (Prepared + Deferred)¶
This evidence pack records Wave D completion as a governance and ownership wave, with migration intentionally deferred.
Scope Verified¶
- external infrastructure surfaces inventoried
- accountable owners assigned for all active surfaces
- no-cutover policy documented while Arqon infrastructure remains minimal
- readiness checklist published for future D2 migration
Evidence Artifacts¶
- External Infrastructure Ownership Plan
- Wave D Ownership Inventory
- Wave D Readiness Checklist
- Modernization Matrix
- Decision Log entries ADM-025 and ADM-026
- Gotcha Registry entry GOTCHA-022
Key Findings¶
- Active runtime and distribution still depend on inherited external surfaces.
- Current Arqon-owned infrastructure coverage is insufficient for safe cutover.
- Deferring migration now is lower risk than forcing early endpoint replacement.
Decision Outcome¶
Wave D is complete for the current phase as prepared + deferred.
- keep inherited remote service path active
- do not attempt endpoint/CDN cutover yet
- trigger D2 only after readiness checklist is fully green
D2 Trigger Conditions¶
- Arqon-owned stream host(s) are live and tested
- Arqon-owned artifact/update host(s) are live and tested
- TLS, monitoring, rollback, and ownership operations are in place
